  • Describe and distinguish the main categories of enterprise systems,
  • Perform key organizational processes using standard software,
  • Explain the importance of intra- and interorganizational information systems integration,

  • Explain approaches to the management of enterprise architectures,
  • Explain the specific characteristics of Internet-based ebusiness,
