This lecture covers formal concepts of business process modeling. These include Petri nets, behavioural semantics, textual analysis, model quality, formal verification, model matching and model comparison.

This course covers implementational aspects of business processes. It will put a specific emphasis on complex event processing in logistics scenarios.

This course covers the implementation of a data warehouse system including the design phase on a conceptual and logical level until the concrete use of a data warehouse system in reporting and analysis.

This course covers the new product development (NPD) Process and models for NPD, including questionnaire design and sampling, segmentation analysis, basic price optimization, price differentiation, and pricing at constrained supply.

This course covers the foundations of SAP’s ERP system and its application to support logistics. Aspecific focus is on the materials management and sales and distribution modules. Also, the customization of the system is discussed.
