IT Management and Architecture Concepts


The course covers managerial and architectural concepts from an IT management perspective. Topics are business/IT alignement, IT governance, enterprise architecture management, process management, IT service management, information systems architecture and integration issues.

Learning outcomes

Students are able to understand and evaluate basic conceptual IT management approaches. They can draw decisions on when to apply specific concepts and approaches and how to choose between different industry standards in various fields.
