This course aims to explore the role of information systems in supporting the Management of Knowledge, Learning and Organizational Intelligence.
LO1. To describe different perspectives on knowledge and knowledge management; LO2. To apply methods of Knowledge Management; LO3. To evaluate the role of information systems in the structure and functions of the processes of the organizational mind; LO4. To diagnose disorders of learning and organizational intelligence; LO5. To propose organizational interventions to reduce or eliminate the diagnosed dysfunctions in order to increase the capacity of the organization to innovate.
