If any sections or individual provisions of this Terms of Use do not, no longer, or do not fully correspond to the current law, such provision shall be severed and shall be inoperative and the remainder of these Terms of Use shall remain operative and binding.

These Terms of Use and the use of EDUglopedia.org shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Liechtenstein. Any claims, legal proceeding, or litigation arising in connection with the Terms of Use shall be brought solely in the courts located in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
